Terms and conditions
Our quality assurance grading
has been awarded at 4 STAR self catering. We also have
also been accepted by the Walkers and Cyclists welcome scheme and Category
3 Disabled. Binnilidh Mhor is suitable for guests with mobility difficulties
and sympathetic to wheelchair users. Please telephone or email for more
information.
Prices are per week or for Short Breaks prices are per night.
Current year
tariff will apply for any future booking made within 10 working days after
your current
stay at Binnilidh Mhor.

There are no extra charges as our price is all inclusive and includes:
Towels &
Bed Linen.

Electricity.
Oil for Central
Heating.
Logs for Open
Fire (from September to May).
Use of Mountain

SPECIAL HOUSE CONDITIONS
Due to the high
standards we wish to maintain and a regard for our guests
expectations
and comfort we have the following restrictions in place;
There is a strict
“NO SMOKING” policy in the house.
The Fire Guard
must be placed securely over the open fire at ALL times. The patio
window must
be closed when fire is on. Only logs may be burned on the fire. No
household
rubbish or any other item should be placed on the fire for burning as
this
constitutes
a fire hazard.
No candles or
any other item which has an open flame may be burned in or near the
house as
this constitutes a fire hazard.
Hot cooking pots,
plates or containers must NOT be placed directly on to kitchen
worktops
and any other surfaces. Please use the pot rests and placemats provided.
The grill part
of the oven must not be allowed to build up with fat deposits or oil from
cooking
as this constitutes a fire hazard. Please wash after each use in these
circumstances.
The Entrance
Gate must be closed at all times to stop roaming sheep from entering and
damaging
the garden.
Sorry but we
do not accept pets.
Binnilidh Mhor
is not suitable for younger children therefore resident children must
be 10
years or
older.
HOW TO BOOK
Simply call between 6pm and 9pm in the evening (or email anytime) to check
availability and the details of your booking can be arranged either by
email or over the telephone.
To secure a booking, return your completed booking form and a cheque for
a deposit of £100.00 for one week and £200.00 for two weeks
or 50% of total cost for a Short Break within 5 working days. We have
the facility to accept payments by debit and credit card as well as cheque.
Receipt of your deposit will be acknowledged. The balance is payable not
later than 6 weeks before the start of your holiday. If your holiday
is less than 6 weeks away at the time of booking then payment in full
is required.
BOOKING CONDITIONS
A deposit of
£100.00 per week booked is payable upon booking. A deposit of 50%
of
total cost
is payable for a Short Break. Deposits are non refundable. The balance
is
payable
not later than 6 weeks before the start of your holiday. If your holiday
is less
than 6 weeks
away at the time of booking then payment in full is required.
If a booking
is cancelled less than 6 weeks in advance of your arrival date we will
make
every effort
to re-let the house. If it remains un-let as a result of the cancellation
a
refund will
not be made. Should the house be re-let a refund less the deposit will
be
made. You
are advised to arrange your own holiday insurance against cancellation
from
a reputable
insurance provider.
The letting period
is from 4pm Saturday to l0am on the Saturday of the final week
unless a
prior arrangement is made in writing. For Short Breaks the letting period
is
from 4pm
of first night booked to l0am following the final night booked. While
every
effort will
be made to accommodate entry prior to 4pm this cannot be guaranteed as
we
place a
high priority on cleaning and preparation.
Guests are required
to vacate their accommodation by l0am on the day of departure
unless a
prior arrangement is made in writing.
The number of
people occupying the property must not exceed that stated on the
booking
form unless prior arrangement is made in writing.
You will be responsible
for your party and yourself for good conduct and not to cause
nuisance
and annoyance to the surrounding neighbours and their property.
You will be liable
to make good or pay for any damage to the accommodation and its
contents
that you or your party may cause.
Any material
breach of our terms and conditions by you or any member of your party
will
result in
the immediate termination of this hire agreement. If a material breach
takes
place during
your stay, you and your party will be expected to leave immediately upon
our request.
We will retain all monies paid by you in connection with this hire
agreement
as a result of a termination caused by a material breach by you or any
member of
your party.
